Some scientists can help you to detect all your emotions and wearables like sweater and it can also make changes in the colours that are based on excitement of the wearer. These devices can be very effective in motivating you and make you lose weight. According to the reports by the “Stress in America” the level of stress was measured to be 4.9 on a scale that has been numbered from 1 -10. 


It is believed that 3.7 level of stress is healthy. About 20 % people don’t carry on any activity that can help them to get relieved from stress. It has been claimed that stress is not bad at all and it can also act as a force that can make you perform better.
